The St. Rose Development Club is for all the important events in your life! They offer several different locations, both inside and out, that all come with a range of amenities to keep your event running smoothly.
A variety of locations means that guests can choose the event center that best fits their needs. The St. Rose Development Club Building is available for reservation for indoor events, with the option of renting the entire building or a singular meeting room with a kitchen. This space holds up to 300 people and is highly reviewed for its elegance, whether decorated for a business meeting or Sweet Sixteen! The Development Club also offers a discounted rate for renting the building from Monday to Thursday. The building hosts monthly events, so keep an eye on their event calendar!
For outside events, the St. Rose Development Club offers two outdoor pavilions for reservation. The larger pavilion measures 80’x60’, more than enough space for a crowd. It also features kitchen and bathroom amenities, and 12 picnic tables- making birthday parties a breeze! The smaller pavilion measures 50’x30’, and features 10 picnic tables. Both pavilions are connected by a modern playground area, with two playground structures and swings! The Development Club has taken things a step further in their modernization and introduced free WiFi in the parks, through Scream Internet Services.
