Not only does RAIL Coffee Room serve up some delicious drinks and food, it serves up a big slice of Centralia history too.
Opened in April, 2017, the eclectic coffee house evokes a comfortable, city vibe with its industrial style decor, all while celebrating the town’s rich railroading past. It’s the kind of place that beckons you to stay awhile and relax. 
Stop by for morning coffee, breakfast or lunch and enjoy an ever-changing menu and some tried-and-true standards.
In addition to regular espresso coffees and loose-leaf teas, RAIL creates special drinks, such as a delicious cold brew crafted with butter pecan and topped with vanilla foam. There’s a good breakfast sandwich menu, including a new addition that’s tailor-made for wintry days: a bagel piled high with bacon, egg, cream cheese and maple syrup that’s served toasty warm. Yum!
For lunch, you’ll find a soup of the day, and a selection of tasty artisan flatbreads and sandwiches, such as “Triple H,” featuring ham, Havarti cheese, horseradish peppercorn sauce and greens on a pretzel bun.
Check out the daily array of fresh pastries too. The super-delicious jumbo cupcakes baked by the house pastry chef are fly-off-the-shelf favorites.
Like many coffee houses today, RAIL also serves craft beer and wine, making it a perfect place for a late afternoon get-together. Looking for a small event space? RAIL’s Pullman Room can accommodate up to 20 guests.
